FIELD SUPERVISOR

Field Supervisors are uniformed Black colur safaris with DOCSUNS’s logo endorsed above the left chest pocket with firms photo identity card duly signed by the authorized signatory.

FUNCTIONS

DOCSUNS security services have bifurcated the area of their operations at different parts for the smooth and effective operations. Each area is allotted to a field supervisor to take care of the day to day needs of the clients on security matters, filling up the vacant points in case if any absenteeism by deploying the substitute guards thus to ensure that no points are kept vacant at any point of time.

They also function to co-ordinate with the clients on day to day needs and assist the clients on liaison matters with the police authorities and with any other related offices in the event of exigency situation are called for.

The field supervisors of the respective areas make their routine rounds at all their relative points in the morning, afternoon and also in the night and ensure that all the points are manned well with adequate manpower and they prepare the reports related to each point and submit the reports to higher authorities for their reference and actions.

POINT SECURITY SUPERVISOR

FUNCTIONS

The security supervisor deployed at various points shall ensure that the security guards are stationed at the specified points of their duty as desired by the customers. They also extend guidance to the guards working under them on day to day activities & implementation of various functions listed as related to the duties with proper supervisor. They will look after the safety of the buildings and materials lying inside the office premises and keep surveillance / security checks on the movements of the vehicle / goods. Issue of gate passes and checking of the movements of the vehicle and employees who enter or exit during the working time or otherwise and record the details on the appropriate books of records.

MALE SECURITY GUARDS

FUNCTIONS

The guards are deployed at particular points as desired by the clients. The guards ensure the safety of the area allotted. They ensure that no unauthorized personnel enter inside the premises and at the specified area without proper authority duly signed by the authorized personnel. Checking of the incoming and outgoing men and materials with gadgets thefts etc.

Guiding and ensuring the proper parking of the vehicles in a very systematic manner, and checking of the vehicle while entering and leaving the premises and also collection of the gate passes or entry passes which are duly signed by the authorized personnel.

LADY SECURITY GUARD

FUNCTIONS

The lady security functions on the same line as that of the male security guards. Generally the lady guards are deployed for the checks on the lady customers / workers who enter or exit from the premises, either by physical checks or by the use of security gadgets and ensures that no pilferage occurs.

Lady guards are also deployed to check the entry passes issued by the organization on their various programmers especially at the entrances made for ladies. Or otherwise and record the details on the appropriate books of records.

GUN MAN

Double bore licensed gun, ammunition pouches and rifle belts and photo identity card duly signed by the authorized signatory.

FUNCTIONS

Personnel with valid gun license chosen from the ex-armed forces / police forces are generally chosen as gunmen at DOCSUNS. The gunmen are deployed at the banks, industries show rooms or at the manufacturing units of precious items where more cautious attention is needed for the protection of the properties and thus by ensuring that no un towed incidents are taken place. The gunmen are also deputed to escort the vehicle carrying the cashes for the banks and disposals at the bank ATM.'s.

CEREMONIAL GUARDS

Grey coloured shirt having DOCSUNS logo on the left side of the pocket and on both upper arm joints with Hand glouse, Collar Scarf, Waist Napkin, Turban, Cross belt, Black Pant, Black shoes covered by Anklets and Photo Identity card duly signed by the Authorized signatory.

FUNCTIONS

The Ceremonial guards as the name appears are deployed on Ceremonial occasions at various function and also is deployed at the Major hotel Main entrances to greet the visiting clients by giving due respects and salutations.

 

CANINE SQUAD

Our dogs are trained and are guided by our uniform handlers having DOCSUNS uniform with compnies ID card.

FUNCTIONS

High breed trained Canines for sniffing, Mob controlling at various places where High alert is required. The canine squad are handled by well trained Uniformed Handlers who gives guidance's according to the situations to the canine.

CASH AND VALUABLE CARRYING VANS

Our vehicles are in Black or Grey colour with DOCSUNS logo on the vehicle along with a uniformed driver and escorted by our Gunmen having proper gun licence.

FUNCTIONS

DOCSUNS provides the facility for cash management service to the Banks and other Commercial Organization. Our vehicle have a DOCSUNS logo with Uniformed Drivers having valid license to drive heavy vehicles. The vehicle is escorted by two Gunmen stationed one at the front seat and the other Gunmen at the rear seats to accord vigil along with the Bank officials while carrying the cash and other valuable items from one bank to other bank and also while topping up the cash at the banks ATM'S.

UNIFORMED DRIVERS

FUNCTIONS

Drivers with valid License to drive the Four Wheelers and Capable of driving the vehicles with caution specially at the populated areas. Drivers are deployed at functions for Carrying out the valet parking as desired by the customer.

RECRUITMENT AND TRAINING

RECRUITMENT

People with go\od physique having the Height of 5 feet 6 inches, well built body and having sound health and un effected with contagious diseases, having the age group of 20 to 50 years and having the educational qualification of minimum 8th Standard pass are taken in to consideration for the recruitment preferably by checking their back ground against which the candidate is free from any Criminal involvements and under going or having such proceedings pending against them. Generally people with the security back grounds are considered for recruitments.

TRAINING

Basic training on Self discipline, Customer interactions, salutation, and Drills for Self safety, Lessons on to the safety of the customers and their premises are given. Training on the reporting systems, Emergency handling of the situations are briefed periodically. We take pride in imparting meaningful & constant relevant performance & proficiency.
